An Indonesian-Australian model, actress, television presenter, and mother, she’s also a renowned conservationist. She has been named one of Singapore’s Top 20 most influential people, and&nbsp;has become one of Asia’s leading voices in the green movement, founding&nbsp;the Green Kampong project, an online resource for anyone looking for information and news on sustainable living. 2014,&nbsp;Hutagalung created Let Elephants Be Elephants, an ivory reduction campaign targeted at the South-East Asian audience, after spending a month in Africa and Asia documenting the illegal trade and its effects for National Geographic. Now focusing efforts on supporting endangered species of Sumatra, Indonesia, such as elephants and orangutans and focusing on a holistic view that includes habitats and communities.
